The Illinois Finance Authority (IFA) Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Project Financing State Bond Program is a Nonprofit, Industrial, Institutional, and Commercial program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Custom, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaic, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal Electric, CHP/Cogeneration, Other Distributed Generation Technologies, Transmission and Storage, Day lighting, Renewable Fuels, Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels, and Geothermal Heat Pumps.
