The Public Sector Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Pilot State Grant Program is a Local Government, State Government, Fed. Government, Institutional, and Schools program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Heat recovery, Waste Heat-to-Power Systems, and CHP/Cogeneration. The program setup by the following legislation: 220 ILCS 5/8-103 et seq. (subsequently amended) and 20 ILCS 1105/3. The program offers up to $2 million.
