The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) School Energy Efficiency State Grant Program is a Universities and Schools program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Lighting Controls/Sensors, Chillers, Furnaces, Boilers, Heat pumps, Windows, Central Air conditioners, Equipment Insulation, Lighting, CHP/Cogeneration, Heat recovery, Energy Mgmt. Systems/Building Controls, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Doors, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Room Air Conditioners, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Thermal Electric, Photovoltaic, Geothermal Electric, CHP/Cogeneration, Alternative Energy Systems, Other Distributed Generation Technologies, Wind, and Biomass.
