The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Retro-Commissioning (RCx) State Grant Program is an Institutional, Schools, State Government, and Federal Government program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Retro-Commissioning Services and Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building. The program eliminates the Public Building Retro-Commissioning Services cost. Customer must implement at least $10k on improvements. The following legislation setup this program: § 220 ILCS 5/12-103.
