The Energy Impact Illinois State Loan Program is a Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Dehumidifiers, Ceiling Fan, Water Heaters, Furnaces, Boilers, Central Air conditioners, Programmable Thermostats, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Whole House Fans, and Clothes Washers.
