The Idaho Power Commercial Custom Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Lighting, Chillers, Central Air conditioners, Compressed air, Motors, Processing and Manufacturing Equipment, Custom/Others pending approval, Commercial Refrigeration Equipment, Fans, Pumps.
