The Idaho Falls Power Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Water Heaters, Heat pumps, Clothes Washers, Refrigerators, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Building Insulation, Windows, Manufactured Homes, and Duct/Air sealing.
