The Idaho Falls Power Commercial Energy Conservation Utility Rebate Program is a Commercial program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Central Air conditioners, Lighting, Chillers, Heat pumps, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Motors, and Duct/Air sealing.
