The Iowa Energy Bank State Loan Program is a Schools, Local Government, State Government, Institutional, Hospitals, and Nonprofit program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Solar Thermal Electric, Photovoltaics, Wind, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Geothermal Heat Pumps, and Passive Solar Space Heat.
