The High Performance Green Schools Planning State Grant Program is a Schools program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Solar Space Heat, Photovoltaic, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Day lighting, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Water Heat, and Small Hydroelectric.
