The Hawaii Energy, Energy Efficiency State Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Central Air conditioners, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Central Air Conditioner Servicing, Ceiling Fan, and Heat pumps.
