The Groton Utilities Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Low-Income Residential and Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Lighting, Heat pumps, Refrigerators, Water Heaters, Central Air conditioners, Duct/Air sealing, Room Air Conditioners, and Clothes Washers.
