The Atlanta Sustainable Home Initiative in the New Economy (SHINE) Local Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Water Heaters, Equipment Insulation, Programmable Thermostats, Building Insulation, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Windows, Doors, and Solar Water Heat.
