The Sarasota County Get Energy Smart Retrofit Loan Program is a Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Windows, Doors, Roofs, Clothes Washers Ceiling Fan, Water Heaters, Lighting, Furnaces , Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Solar Water Heat, and Geothermal Heat Pumps, and Solar Attic Fan.
