The Utilities Commission of New Smyrna Beach (UCNSB) Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Windows, Duct/Air sealing, Duct Leak Repair, Energy Audit, and Building Insulation.
