The Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) Low-Interest Energy Efficiency Utility Loan Program is a Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Refrigerators, Water Heaters, Clothes Washers, Duct/Air sealing, Windows, Doors, Roofs, Central Air conditioners, Solar Water Heat, and Photovoltaics.
