The City of Tallahassee Utilities Efficiency Loans Utility Loan Program is a Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Windows, Doors, Roofs, Clothes Washers, Refrigerators, Central Air conditioners, Heat recovery, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, and Heat pumps.
