The Farm and Aquaculture Alternative Energy State Loan Program is a Aqua cultural and Agricultural program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed: Hydroelectric, Photovoltaic, Ethanol, Bio-diesel, Wind, and Biomass. The program offers up to $1.5 million or 85% of the project cost to be paid back in 40yrs @ 3%. This program was setup by the following legislation: HRS § 155-8 et seq. and HB 2261.
