The Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB) (Gas & Electric) Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Loan Program is a Multi-Family Residential and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Heat pumps, Programmable Thermostats, and Geothermal Heat Pumps.
