The Energy Investment State Loan Program is an Industrial and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Solar Thermal Process Heat, Photovoltaic, Landfill Gas, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Geothermal Electric, Municipal Solid Waste, CHP/Cogeneration, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Solar Thermal Electric, and Custom. The program offers up to $300k to be paid back in 7yrs at 3% below the prime rate. The following legislation set up this program: Miss. Code § 57-39-39.
