The Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy State Bond Program is a State Government and Schools program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Energy Mgmt. Systems/Building Controls, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Custom/Others pending approval, Energy Recovery Systems, Lighting, and CHP/Cogeneration.
