The Energy Conservation Installation Personal Tax Credit is a Multi-Family Residential and Residential program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Chillers, Furnaces, Boilers, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Programmable Thermostats, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Water Heaters, Lighting, and Lighting Controls/Sensors.
