The Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control (DPUC) Low-Interest Loans for Customer-Side Distributed Resources State Loan Program is for Fed. Government, Industrial, Residential, Local Government, Nonprofit, Schools, State Government, Agricultural, Institutional, and Commercial organizations which have the following energy efficient measures installed for their buildings: Fuel Cells, Photovoltaics, Wind, and CHP/Cogeneration.
