The Sustainable Energy Utility (SEU) Efficiency Plus Homes (Green for Green) State Rebate Program is a Construction and Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Photovoltaics, Wind, Solar Space Heat, Biomass, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Water Heat, Daylighting, and Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building.
