Details:
The Dover Public Utilities Green Energy Program Incentives State Rebate Program is a Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Nonprofit, Schools, Agricultural, Institutional, and Local Government program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Solar Space Heat, Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels, Photovoltaics, Wind, Geothermal Heat Pumps, and Solar Water Heat. The rebate is up to $10k. The following legislation established this program: 26 Del. C. § 363 and Municipal Utilities’ Green Energy Fund Program Regulations.
