Details:
The DEMEC Member Utilities Green Energy Program Incentives State Rebate Program is a Residential, Institutional, Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, Commercial, Industrial, and Agricultural program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Photovoltaics, Wind, Solar Water Heat, Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels, Solar Space Heat, and Geothermal Heat Pumps. The rebate is up to $30k. The following legislation established this program: 26 Del. C. § 363, Municipal Utilities’ Green Energy Fund Program Regulations , and S.S. 1 for S.B. 119.
