Details:
The Delmarva Power Green Energy Program Incentives State Rebate Program is a Residential, Institutional, Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government, Commercial, Industrial, and Agricultural program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Fuel Cells using Solar Water Heat, Renewable Fuels, Wind, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Solar Space Heat, and Photovoltaics. The rebate is up to $250k. The following legislation established this program: 29 Del. C. § 8051 et seq., Green Energy Program Rules , and S.B. 266.
