The Delaware Electric Cooperative Green Energy Program Incentives State Rebate Program is a Local Government, Agricultural, Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Nonprofit, Schools, Institutional program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Wind, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Photovoltaics, and Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels. The rebate is up to $10k for a min system size of 500W. The following legislation established this program: 26 Del. C. § 363, Renewable Resource Program Regulations, and S.S. 1 for S.B. 119.
