The Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Wind and Geothermal Incentives State Grant Program is an Industrial, Nonprofit, Schools, Local Government and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Geothermal Heat Pumps, Geothermal Direct-Use, Wind, and Geothermal Electric.
