The Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) Solar Thermal Incentive State Rebate Program is a Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Residential, Nonprofit, Construction, Multi-Family Residential, Low-Income Residential, and Schools program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Solar Water Heat and Solar Thermal Process Heat.
