The Southeast Colorado Power Association Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program offer Commercial and Residential customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Water Heaters, Clothes Washers, Refrigerators, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Motors, Electric Thermal Storage, and Dishwasher.
