The Loveland Water & Power (LWP) Home Energy Audit Utility Rebate Program offers Residential customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Central Air conditioners, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Evaporative Coolers, Mechanical Ventilation, Ceiling Insulation, Wall Insulation, Window Film, Blower Motor, Furnaces , and Heat pumps.
