Program Details:
The Local Option Improvement Districts for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Improvements Property-Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) offers Agricultural, Commercial, Low-Income Residential, Industrial, Residential, Multi-Family Residential, and Institutional customer financing to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Photovoltaics, Lighting, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Heat recovery, Energy Mgmt. Systems/Building Controls, Caulking/Weather-stripping, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Solar Thermal Electric, Wind, Lighting Controls/Sensors, Biomass, Geothermal Electric, Geothermal Heat Pumps, Daylighting, Small Hydroelectric, Ethanol, Biodiesel, Fuel Cells using Renewable Fuels, and Solar Water Heat. The following legislation established this program: C.R.S. 30-20-601.5 et seq., C.R.S. 31-25-500.2 et seq., SB 100, H.B. 1350, Session Law 229, and HB 1328.
