The Empire Electric Association Residential Energy Efficiency Credit Utility Rebate Program offers Low-Income Residential and Residential customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Geothermal Heat Pumps, Refrigerators, Water Heaters, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Heat Pump Water Heaters, Electric Thermal Storage, Terminal Unit Heat Pumps, Refrigerator Recycling, Clothes Washers, and Dishwasher.
