The Direct Lending Revolving State Loan Program offers Commercial, Nonprofit, and Industrial customer loans to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Photovoltaics, Wind, Solar Water Heat, and Other Distributed Generation Technologies. The minimum loan amount is $100k. Application must be submitted thru the Colorado Governor’s Energy Office (GEO) or the Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).
