The Delta-Montrose Electric Association (DMEA) Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program offers Residential customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Water Heaters, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, and Clothes Washers.
