The City of Aspen Energy Assessment Utility Rebate Program offers Commercial and Residential customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Caulking/Weather-stripping, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Windows, Doors, Unspecified Technologies, Lighting, and Programmable Thermostats.
