Title: Boulder County ClimateSmart Loan Program PACE Financing
Program Details:
The Boulder County ClimateSmart Loan Program Property-Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing offers Commercial, Low-Income Residential, Multi-Family Residential, and Residential customer financing to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Solar Water Heat, Water Heaters, Lighting, Furnaces, Heat recovery, Boilers, Central Air conditioners, Programmable Thermostats, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, , Doors, Roofs, Whole House Fans, Evaporative Coolers, Attic Fans, Pool Equipment, Photovoltaics, Solar Pool Heating, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal Heat Pumps, and Wood Stoves.
