The Black Hills Energy (Electric) Residential New Construction Efficiency Utility Rebate Program offers Residential and Construction customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Evaporative Coolers, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Lighting, Central Air conditioners, Heat pumps, and Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building.
