The Black Hills Energy (Electric) Residential Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program offers Residential customer rebates to increase the energy efficiency of the building with the following updates: Siding, Clothes Washers, Dishwasher, Refrigerators, Water Heaters, Programmable Thermostats, Lighting, Heat pumps, Central Air conditioners, Doors, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Evaporative Coolers, and Building Insulation.
