The Clay Electric Cooperative (CEC), Inc Energy Smart Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Residential program for those who have the following energy efficient measures installed in their buildings: Heat pumps, Water Heaters, Heat Recovery Unit, Radiant Barrier, and Building Insulation.
