The City Water Light and Power (CWLP) Commercial Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is a Nonprofit and Commercial program for those who have energy efficient measures done on the following: Building Insulation, Water Heaters, Lighting, Central Air conditioners, Retro-Commissioning, and Heat pumps.
