The City of Palo Alto Solar Water Heating Utility Rebate Program offers Industrial, Commercial, New Construction or Retrofit and Residential customer rebates to install solar water heating systems. Customers can receive from $1,500 for residential and $75,000 for commercial. The system must be installed by a licensed contractor who attends a workshop.
