The Cincinnati Property Tax Abatement for Green Buildings is a Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Commercial, and Industrial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, Photovoltaic, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Water Heat, Solar Space Heat, Photovoltaic, Wind, and Day lighting. The program offers 100% tax abatement for 15yrs. The following legislation set up this program: City Ordinance 182-2007 and City Ordinance 446-2007.
