The San Diego Gas and Electric (SDGE) Multi-Family Residential Efficiency Utility Rebate Program offers Multi-Family Residential customer rebates to improve the efficiency of their property with the following updates: Water Heaters, Clothes Washers, Boilers, Building Insulation, and Furnaces.
