Title: Local Option Municipal Energy Districts PACE Financing Program
Program Details:
The Local Option Municipal Energy Districts Property-Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing Program encourages Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural, Residential, and Multi-Family Residential customers to borrow from PACE to pay for energy efficiency improvements. San Francisco put this program in place with the following ordinances: CA Streets and Highways Code § 5898.10 et. seq. and SB 77. This program has been temporarily suspended due to a statement from The Federal Housing Financing Agency (FHFA). For more details visit the following links:
