The City of San Diego Sustainable Building Expedited Permit Program was put in place for: Residential, Commercial, and Industrial organizations. You must submit a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) list showing what LEED points you are addressing. The energy system is Photovoltaic.
