Should you build your own wind generator?
So much depends on the education you already have, the skills you have developed over your life. Of course if you have never so much as picked up a screw driver in your life and have a hard time doing simple things like minor home repairs such as replacing a dead bolt or minor electrical fixes then you most likely are not ready to attempt this project.
On the other hand if you changed out your old dishwasher, change the oil in your car, do all the plumbing and electrical in your home. You are always learning about how things work like how to fix the gears in you electrical garage door opener or you have plenty of technical education as well like our son in-law does then I would think you could be a good candidate to set up your own wind energy.
