Title: Town of Buckeye Green Building Incentive in Arizona

Program Details:

The Town of Buckeye Green Building Incentive was put in place for encouraging sustainable construction for residential buildings. Green building projects are inspected and a green permit is issued according to Green Home Rating Checklist with a point rating up to 100+ points. A plan review and free construction water, Green Home Certificate of Occupancy and family Aquatic Center Passes will be given. The parts of the building that are focused on are: Siding, Equipment Insulation, Water Heaters, Boilers, Lighting, Furnaces , Duct/Air sealing, Heat pumps, Programmable Thermostats, Energy Mgmt. Systems/Building Controls, Building Insulation, Roofs, Comprehensive Measures/Whole Building, and Custom/Others pending approval. For more details visit the following link:
