Title: Chandler Expedited Plan Review for Green Buildings Incentive in Arizona
Program Details:
The Chandler Expedited Plan Review for Green Buildings Incentive was put in place for developing green building for schools and commercial buildings. You must submit a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) list showing what LEED points you are addressing. Participants will receive official recognition from the city in the form of a sign. The energy systems are Biomass, Passive Solar Space Heat, Solar Water Heat, Photovoltaics, Solar Space Heat, Wind, Day lighting, and Small Hydroelectric. The incentive was established by the following Chandler mayor and city council resolutions: City Council Resolution 4199 and Program Guidelines (Exhibit A). For more details visit the following link:
